It’s really important that you include a note with the following information, as without this we can’t process your refund or replacement and we don't want anyone getting upset:
* your name, email address and a daytime contact telephone number (with country/area dialing codes), just in case we need to get in touch with you (the same used to place your order)
* your order reference number (beginning OR4000...)
* the reason for returning the item
* whether you'd like a replacement or a refund
Please wrap the package securely. Unfortunately we cannot provide payment for any return shipping costs.
In the instance of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item to us in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories.
What happens next?
We'll keep you informed via email once your item is received and once we have processed your request, to save you having to chase us. We’ll also send you an email once we’ve received your return (we always try to do this on the same working day).
If you have asked for a refund, we’ll email you automatically so there’s no need to contact us.
If you’ve asked for an exchange, we’ll get your returned product to you as soon as we can.
