Status 0: Not Committed
Your order has not been completed and we do not have all the information that we require in order for us to arrange shipment of your products. This may have been a technical error that has caused you to leave the order process.
As Status 0 orders are not committed, it is possible for you to log back into your Proporta account to complete the required fields of the original order, up until the order is complete. Alternatively you can contact us on +44 (0) 845 123 2848 and we will be able to collect the rest of your details and complete the order on your behalf. No money will leave your account whilst in this status.
Status 2: Awaiting Payment
You will have selected the option of Bank Transfer or Manual Payment during the order process. You will receive an email which includes the Proporta account number and sort code so that you can arrange with your bank for them to transfer the money over. When this happens and the funds have cleared your order will be advanced to Status 7 (Ready to Ship).
Status 3: Out of Stock
Unfortunately one or more of your items is currently out of stock. The items that are in stock will be sent within 24 hours of your placing the order, and the remaining item/items will be shipped out to you as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. You will receive an email which includes a promise date so that you know when to expect your item. Your card will not be charged for any part of your order that is not yet been shipped.
Status 4: On Hold
Before we are able to ship your order to you, we will need to get in touch by phone in order to reconfirm your details. We will try our very best to contact you on the phone number you have provided as soon as your order is put in this status in order to limit any delay to shipping your order.

Status 5: Software codes not sent out
A miscommunication between the site and our codemail server has occurred. Please email@example.com to have your code resent to you.
Status 6: Voided/Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled and will not be acted upon without your consent. The order can be reactivated if you call us +44 (0)845 123 2848.
Status 7: Ready to Ship
You order has been confirmed, the stock items are available for your order and the payment has been pre-authorised - no money will have yet left your account but funds have been made available. We try our very best to ship your order within 48 hours of you placing your order.
Status 8: Shipped
Your order has been packed, shipped and is on its way to you. Payment has been taken from your account. Delivery times within the UK can take up to 3-5 days. Please allow between 7 and 10 days for delivery to the USA and rest of the world. Your order can only be tracked manually if you chose the next day delivery option upon ordering or if you requested Airsure.
Status 10: Refunded
Your order has been refunded. This is only done upon request. You will have received an email detailing the amount that will be refunded into your account.
