I bought an iPhone4 case, which was initially really good, but it fell apart after only a few months. It was only ever on my desk or in my bag, so it didn't undergo any undue stress. The replacement (a redesign) didn't fare any better, so I requested a refund, which was declined. I now have another case, but I'm reluctant to use it, because even though it's been redesigned again, it doesn't actually look any different to the previous one.

Used for both personal use & business. Very protective with the aluminium sheet protecting the phone's screen. I used the case gently, but the nice soft leather stretched so much that it became too loose to safely hold my iPhone (the phone fell out of the case twice before I stopped using it). The replacement case has been redesigned and looks as if it will last much longer and provide better protection.

This case has been redesigned since the first one I had, and is much improved. . . It supports the phone well and grips tightly, which was a problem with the previous one I had as the phone would fall out on occasions.. . This leather case is stylish, access to all of the Iphone's buttons are excellent and the aluminium lined cover is extremly strong and protects the screen well.

The first case (2011 model!) did not last as it should have done and began to fall apart. It was replaced without question and the rep;placement looks better at first sight. Time will tell! That said, the aluminium cover that protects the screen is brilliant. This is the second such case I have had - the first, for a 3G - lasted three years and was still in pristine condition.

The case is used on a works mobile. I like the fact it has a metal front to protect the screen. Only negative comment is that the replacement doesn't appear to have a very good magnetic clasp to the front (the previous one was very strong). My only complaint is that after several months, the leather lining on the side metal rails ( keeping the Iphone secured to the case )began peeling off ( the bare metal scratches the Iphone screen ).. I think that polymer rails would do a better job - no need to cover that in leather.

My latest case for the iPhone 4 helps! It's from Proporta and it's made out of luxurious leather with, get this, a leather-encased aluminum cover. The aluminum protects the iPhone screen, but the leather lining makes it soft to the touch. It truly is "like butter."

I am very impressed with this case, it looks even better in person than in the pictures. Appears to be very well made with a lot of attention to detail. Haven't found the home button difficult to press through the case like some have. From a protection point of view it seems quite adequate. I paid $39.95 for it and certainly think it's worth the price, however at the current price of $34.95 it's a definite bargain!

I just received my Aluminum Lined Leather Case for iPhone 4 and I am blown away by the quality and how quickly my case arrived. The case is exactly what I was looking for and the quality of material and workmanship is second to none. Great fit and it feels oh so expensive. The aluminum plate is the greatest touch to protect the phone screen but is not noticeable as the soft leather surrounding the plate is absolutely luxurious. Besides the great quality, customer service is outstanding. I received my case a mere 10 days after ordering and that includes a trip across the big pond. Outstanding work Proporta. Will recommend and use again.

Purchased this case for my son. He loves this because it protects the screen but is easily accessible. It has an aluminum liner built in and is made of high quality leather. It only took 1 week to receive considering that is came from UK. Haven't seen anything like this in the US that comes close to the quality of this product. I highly recommend you try this case.

Both my wife and I have been using these cases for our iphones for the past few weeks. We find them to be the best covers yet! Protection of your iphone is assured plus the appearance of the fine leather finish is very astethic and pleasing in appearance to the eye. Functionality is not affected.
